Promoting Accountability in Saugus

A few weeks ago, the town of Saugus, Massachusetts reached out to us about implementing SeeClickFix Plus in their community. This morning, MIS Director Michael Donovan announced Saugus' adoption of our platform which allows citizens to report issues in their neighborhoods via the town website, mobile apps, or our main website.

Andrew Bisignani, the town manager, said he expects positive reactions from citizens in a press release issued earlier today:
This reporting tool holds our government accountable to take care of quality-of-life issues that affect our citizens, and it holds the people accountable to take part in their communities. It's a win for everyone.
We couldn't be more excited about adding Saugus to our growing list of government partnerships. We look forward to seeing how the town improves its community using just one click!
