Announcing: The Completely New SeeClickFix 3.2.0 Apps.

Today we're thrilled to announce something huge for all SeeClickFixers out there: major updates to our mobile apps for iOS and Android! These long-awaited new releases bring a ton of great features for both citizens and governments alike.

For citizens:

The ability to take and upload videos on the fly, right while you report an issue. This helps you give a totally clear report of issues you catch while they're in action.

Additionally, after listening to your feedback, we've included the ability to report an issue anonymously from the apps. It has long been a feature on SeeClickFix on the web, and now you can send in reports from anywhere, without having to attach your name.

Not to mention massive performance improvements. Not only have we killed a bunch of bugs, but made location detection drastically better--particularly on Android. If you've had problems with GPS when reporting an issue, go grab the update now and report an issue. 

For governments: 

We've just added a brand new feature to completely modernize the way governments receive 311 requests through SeeClickFix apps: customized buttons. In lieu of the standard (and still awesome) buttons that citizens use to report, track, and manage issue reporting, you can now customize the features your app can have as well as the buttons citizens use to access them.
